Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate care for patients with complex hematologic malignancies across inpatient and outpatient settings as a Blood Cancer Nurse Navigator; function as an expert clinician responsible for care coordination, leveraging strong RN clinical background (minimum 5 years in acute care) and a BSN to ensure safe, high-quality care; must hold Texas RN licensure and BSN.
Required Qualifications
- RN with at least 5 years clinical experience in an acute care environment
- Current licensure as an RN by Texas Board of Nursing
- BSN required
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Expertise in acute care settings in order to assess and identify medical necessity
