Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate care for patients with complex hematologic malignancies across inpatient and outpatient settings. The RN Nurse Navigator leverages staffing support, technology, and education resources to deliver safe, high-quality care and streamline patient monitoring and communication. Must hold an active Texas RN license and a BSN, with at least 5 years of acute care experience and strong collaboration/communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- RN with at least 5 years clinical experience in an acute care environment
- Current licensure as an RN by Texas Board of Nursing
- BSN required
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Expertise in acute care settings to assess and identify medical necessity
