Job Summary
Manage 24-hour delivery of nursing care to patients recovering from neurological events and complex conditions while achieving quality clinical outcomes and maximizing resource utilization. Create a professional practice environment that exemplifies Medical Center goals, fostering high coworker engagement, patient satisfaction, and financial performance. Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan and ensure consistent adherence to mission, values, and service standards. Lead a specialized team through open communication, rounding, and shared accountability to drive clinical excellence and team culture. Requires current RN license, three years of critical care experience, and a Bachelor's degree (BSN preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the state of practice
- minimum of three years Critical Care clinical experience
- demonstrated leadership ability
- good interpersonal skills
- ability to apply sound principles of management and supervision
- proficiency in use of a personal computer
- ability to analyze complex data from various information systems
