Job Summary
RN Nurse Manager, Rehabilitation leads and directs the nursing department within the designated neighborhood, ensuring delivery of comprehensive nursing services in accordance with governmental regulations and St. John’s philosophy. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating nursing services; supervising nursing staff; interfacing with the interdisciplinary team; maintaining nursing standards; and upholding quality, infection control, patient-centered care, and regulatory compliance. Requires NY license/registration with leadership, supervisory experience preferred; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills; willingness to embody St. John’s values and Eden journey principles.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a state-approved school of nursing with a license and current registration to practice in New York State
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred
