RN Nurse Manager - Pediatrics

Supervise and mentor Registered Nurses, RN Designees, LPNs, and home health staff while providing clinical leadership for complex cases and urgent situations. Complete initial patient assessments and develop individualized care plans, utilizing the RN Designee visit team to facilitate safe, effective, and family-centered care. Partner with physicians, therapists, schools, and families to coordinate care, and collaborate with intake and scheduling teams to ensure smooth transitions. Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and development of RN and LPN staff while promoting best practices in infection control, medication safety, and patient education. Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
