Job Summary
RN Nurse Manager is a Clinical Nurse Manager (RN required) in BAYADA’s Meadville, PA Adult Nursing/Pediatric Home Care office. Responsibilities include leading and motivating staff, visiting adult/pediatric clients in Meadville and surrounding areas, developing and overseeing care plans, supervising field staff, facilitating new hire orientation, and conducting staff competencies. Qualifications include an RN with at least 2 years of hands-on experience; supervisory and Trach/vent experience preferred. The role combines direct client care in home settings with leadership of clinical staff, in a Monday–Friday schedule with BAYADA’s emphasis on compassion, reliability, and excellence.
