Job Summary
RN Nurse Manager providing leadership to our Operating Room and Endoscopy teams at Magnet Designated Providence St. Joseph Hospital of Orange in Orange, CA. You will oversee 14 Operating Rooms, 3 Cardiovascular Operating Rooms and 3 Endoscopy Suites. Develops programs, policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient nursing needs are assessed, evaluated, and met. Role models proactive, collaborative working relationships across hospital functions in an interdisciplinary approach to patient care. Oversees budget, staffing, and overall fiscal management while directing the delivery of nursing care for a designated patient population on one or more units. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Will obtain a Master's Degree in a Health-related field or Nursing within 3 years from date of hire/transfer
- California Registered Nurse License (Upon hire)
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Upon hire)
- 5 years recent experience as RN in acute hospital setting
- 2 years leadership experience
