Job Summary
RN Nurse Manager at Annie Penn Nursing Center oversees a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services, leads the execution of divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives with clear targets and expectations, directs development and implementation of processes aligned with organizational policies and best practices, and champions opportunities to optimize outcomes and effectiveness through policy and strategy implementation. Additional duties include performing other duties as assigned and ensuring adherence to regulatory and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
