Job Summary
Manage a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services at Annie Penn Nursing Center. Lead the execution of key divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives by establishing clear targets, goals, and expectations. Direct team development of processes to ensure alignment with organizational policies and best practices. Approve opportunities and recommendations for enhanced practices to optimize outcomes and effectiveness. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, five years as a Registered Nurse with one year in a clinical specialty, and a valid North Carolina or Compact state RN license. BLS certification via American Red Cross or AHA is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 5 years as a Registered Nurse
- 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
