Job Summary
Provide leadership, plan, organize, and supervise personnel for the Labor and Delivery unit, including managing resources and reporting on unit performance. Lead an experienced group of clinicians while communicating with physicians, department managers, and staff to ensure quality care and patient safety. Circulate in the OR, PACU services, and manage high-risk postpartum and OB triage patients seen for emergent conditions within our Magnet Designated hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, from an accredited college or university
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 4 years Supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital
- Experience in Labor & Delivery nursing
