RN Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery

Provide leadership, plan, organize, and supervise personnel for the Labor and Delivery unit in accordance with the State of California Nurse Practice Act. Manage, report on, and provide resources for the unit, including staffing and communication with physicians, department managers, and staff. Deliver best practices for quality care and patient safety while overseeing a Level 3 NICU and high-risk obstetrical services. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, California RN license, National Provider BLS certification, four years of supervisory experience in acute care, and specific Labor & Delivery nursing experience. Full-time role at a Magnet Designated hospital with a $10,000 hiring bonus for eligible external hires and eligibility for the Leader Annual Incentive Program.
