RN Nurse Manager, IDD

Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional, person-centered care while conducting client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Develop individualized care plans, oversee their implementation, and provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field staff. Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes. Facilitate new hire orientation, conduct competency evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and education. Monitor quality of care and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and field employees.
