Job Summary
Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional, person-centered care while conducting client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Philadelphia and surrounding areas. Develop individualized care plans, oversee their implementation, and provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field staff. Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive outcomes. Facilitate new hire orientation, conduct competency evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and education. Monitor quality of care and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Serve as a clinical resource for clients, families, and field employees. Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel throughout the service area as needed
Desired Qualifications
- At least 1 year of home care experience
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and staff
