Job Summary
RN Nurse Manager of ICU at Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center in Torrance, CA. Leads a high-acuity 28-bed ICU, accountable for delivering high-quality nursing care and administrative management of multiple nursing units with 80+ FTEs on a 24-hour basis; collaborates with an Assistant Nurse Manager. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or in progress), CA RN license, and BLS; Magnet-designated hospital with excellent benefits and leadership opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Bachelor's in progress.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- NNR for employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum upon hire.
- 3 years of recent clinical experience.
