Job Summary
Develops, administers, manages, and implements nursing and related patient care activities for ICU, collaborating with the nursing team to support organizational initiatives. Focus on standardization of systems, financial oversight for nursing programs/services, performance improvement strategies, and nursing practice compliance. Oversees resource allocation, leads a multidisciplinary team, and strives to improve patient, family, employee, and provider satisfaction within acute care.
Required Qualifications
- RN licensure
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire
- Minimum 3 years in acute care setting with demonstrated leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
