RN-Nurse Manager ICU

Manage and implement nursing and patient care activities for assigned areas of accountability while collaborating with the nursing team to support organizational business initiatives. Standardize systems, identify efficiencies, and oversee financial programs for nursing services. Integrate performance improvement strategies and develop processes that foster patient, physician, and employee satisfaction. Manage a multidisciplinary workforce to ensure clinically competent, efficient, and compassionate care delivery. Optimize resource allocation to support current objectives and maintain compliance with regulatory and professional standards. Requires 3 years in acute care with demonstrated leadership skills, a Bachelor's degree, and RN licensure. BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
