Job Summary
RN Nurse Manager leads field clinicians in home health care, supervising internal case management and developing field staff. Responsibilities include visiting clients in their homes, conducting in-home client assessments, supporting the care planning process, providing clinical insight for the team, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Position requires clinical oversight (including OASIS and ICD-9 Coding), strong assessment and organizational skills, and the ability to work both with patients and office staff. Office location: Gaithersburg, MD; schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Current Maryland RN license in good standing
- Minimum two years recent and verifiable clinical field experience within a Medicare Certified Home Health agency and experience with clinical oversight (including OASIS and ICD-9 Coding)
- Home Health & Oasis Experience required
- Strong assessment and organizational skills
- Demonstrated successful track record of working independently while taking on increased or diverse responsibilities
- Ambition to grow and advance beyond current position
- Solid communication and PC skills
