Job Summary
Lead and support field staff in delivering high-quality, compassionate client care across the Big Island. Serve as internal case manager and client advocate by coordinating care, assignments, and care plans for optimal outcomes. Oversee service quality through clinical documentation review and key performance measures while matching clinicians to clients and ensuring individualized care plans are current. Provide clinical oversight including hiring, competency validation, performance reviews, and supervision. Partner with office leadership to launch programs and strengthen training, while representing BAYADA in community outreach to physicians and facilities. This role offers relocation assistance to help you live and work on Hilo, where you can shape a culture of clinical excellence and directly improve client lives.
Required Qualifications
- Active HI RN license in good standing
- BSN or Master's degree
- At least 2 years of home health or community health nursing experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Track record of achieving goals and taking on growing responsibility
