Job Summary
Clinical Manager – Adults & Pediatrics at BAYADA leads a team of nurses and support staff, oversees clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, ensures policy/compliance, collaborates with families and physicians, participates in quality improvement, and models BAYADA values. The role requires an active RN license in New Jersey, experience with adult/pediatric populations, leadership experience, and comfort with technology-dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes). Schedule is full-time, daytime hours with occasional travel and on-call rotation; exempt position in a home-health/day-office setting serving Monmouth County.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in New Jersey (multi-state/compact license preferred)
- Experience with adult OR pediatric populations; willingness to cross-train
- Leadership experience (preceptor, charge nurse, or supervisor)
- Comfort with technology-dependent care (ventilators, tracheostomy, feeding tubes)
