Job Summary
Visit geriatric clients in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas to conduct assessments. Develop and execute client care plans while coordinating communications between clients, field staff, office, and clinicians. Supervise and support Home Health Aide staff in the field, and facilitate new hire orientation for Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants. Participate in training new employees and conducting in-services for field staff to provide exceptional care. This role requires an RN with two or more years of experience, with home care and supervisory experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN)
- 2 or more years of experience as an RN
Desired Qualifications
- Home Care experience preferred
- Supervisory experience as a Nurse Manager preferred
