Job Summary
Conduct medication administration program consulting at assigned sites, training staff for MAC Certification and retraining personnel as needed. Monitor program adherence to policies and regulations by reviewing occurrence reports and performing regular site reviews. Serve as a liaison to EOHHS/DPH and funding agency MAC Coordinators regarding health promotion, medication administration, and crisis management. Work a day schedule Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current R.N. license in Connecticut
- 3-5 years experience in nursing
- At least 21 years of age
- Current, valid, US drivers' license for at least 6 months
- Must become CPR within 2 weeks of employment
- Must successfully pass a CORI, reference, multi-state background and driving record check

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
