RN - Nurse Lead Step Down Unit, Part Time, Night Shift

Provide unit-based leadership in the development and provision of clinical services, supervising and directing nursing and ancillary personnel. Initiate and coordinate individual and team conferences to revise care plans, while making rounds to assess patient needs and solicit feedback on quality. Manage staffing requirements based on patient acuity, assign personnel to activities, and arrange relief for meals and breaks. Ensure compliance with Patient Safety Goals, facilitate equipment maintenance, and investigate operational issues. Recommend policy changes, evaluate performance, coach staff, and participate in hiring and termination decisions. Maintain staffing costs within budget while minimizing overtime.
