RN - Nurse Lead Step Down Unit, Part Time, Night Shift

Provide unit-based leadership by supervising nursing and ancillary personnel, directing care plans, and managing staffing based on patient acuity and needs. Initiate team conferences with health team members and families to revise care plans, while making rounds to assess patient needs and solicit feedback on nursing services. Ensure compliance with Patient Safety Goals and Quality Measures through participation in Performance Improvement Teams and data collection activities. Investigate and resolve patient care and operational issues, recommend policy changes, and coach or discipline personnel as appropriate. Maintain department equipment and cleanliness while keeping staffing costs within budget.
