RN, Nurse Lead - ICU, Full-Time, Day Shift

RN Lead - ICU responsible for unit-based leadership, supervising nursing and ancillary staff, coordinating care plans, improving patient safety and outcomes, ensuring high patient satisfaction, and fostering a culture of patient and family centered care. Requires leadership in collaboration with Nurse Manager/Director, compliance with Joint Commission safety goals, active involvement in performance improvement, and staffing management based on patient acuity. Must hold RN licensure in CA, BSN required with MSN preferred, and demonstrate supervisory experience; BLS and HLFS are required. Additional certifications such as NIHSS, CPR/CS are preferred, with a focus on developing clinical services, staff development, and policy/procedure improvements to enhance care quality.
