Job Summary
RN Lead ICU – provides unit-based leadership, supervising nursing and ancillary staff, collaborates with Nurse Manager/Director/Physicians to ensure cost-effective, high-quality patient care, emphasizes patient safety and patient-family-centered care, and drives quality improvements in patient experience and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' technical experience: Preferred
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS): Required
