Job Summary
RN Lead – ICU: Senior nursing-lead role providing unit-based leadership, supervising nursing and ancillary personnel, coordinating care plans with the Nurse Manager/Director, and ensuring high-quality patient care and safety. Responsibilities include rounds with patients/families, improving patient experience and satisfaction, collaborating on policy/procedure changes, ensuring compliance with Joint Commission standards and safety initiatives, facilitating staff development and quality-improvement activities, managing staffing based on acuity, hiring/discipline decisions, budgeting considerations to minimize overtime, and maintaining department safety and equipment readiness. Requires Bachelor's in nursing (Master's preferred), RN licensure, BLS, HLFS, NIHSS, and supervisory experience; five years' technical experience preferred.
