Job Summary
Provides unit-based leadership for ICU, supervising nursing and ancillary staff, coordinating care plans with the Nurse Manager/Director, and ensuring high patient safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting rounds with patients and families, leading quality improvement initiatives, implementing Joint Commission safety standards, and managing staffing based on patient acuity. Requires RN licensure, BLS/HLFS certifications, NIHSS, and supervisory experience; Bachelor's degree in nursing is required with a Master’s degree preferred. Day shift, full-time position in Montebello area.

- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS): Required
