Job Summary
RN, Nurse Lead - ICU needing unit-based leadership with the Nurse Manager/Director collaboration. Oversees nursing and ancillary staff, directs patient care plans, ensures patient safety and high-quality outcomes, and engages in performance improvement activities. Requires a Bachelor's in nursing (Master's preferred), RN licensure in California, BLS and HLFS certifications, plus supervisory experience. Day-shift, full-time, hospital-based leadership in the Montebello/Los Angeles metro area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- RN licensure in state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS): Required
