Job Summary
Unit-based nursing leadership in the ICU focused on supervising and coordinating nursing and ancillary staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, safety, and patient/family satisfaction; develops and revises care plans, participates in PI and quality initiatives, and collaborates with Nurse Manager/Director and physicians to improve customer satisfaction and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills
