RN - Nurse Lead, ER, Night Shift, Full Time

RN - Nurse Lead responsible for unit-based leadership in ER during night shift. Leads and directs nursing and ancillary staff under the Nurse Manager/Director, develops and revises individualized patient care plans, and collaborates with health team members to ensure high-quality, safe patient care and positive patient experiences. Performs rounds, solicits feedback, and implements systems to improve customer satisfaction, patient safety, and care delivery. Ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards and hospital safety initiatives, participates in Performance Improvement teams, evaluates staffing needs based on patient acuity, and uses independent judgment to assign tasks, manage schedules, hire/terminate personnel, and coach staff. Requires a Bachelor's in Nursing (RN) with RN licensure in California, BLS, HLFS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and supervisory experience; Master’s preferred. Demonstrates leadership in clinical services, staff development, quality improvement, and collaboration with physicians, families, and the health team.
