Job Summary
RN Lead in ER (Night Shift) at Adventist Health White Memorial Montebello/Fullerton area: Leads unit-based nursing teams, collaborates with Nurse Manager/Director and physicians, ensures high-quality patient care, assesses care plans, supervises nursing/ancillary staff, enhances patient safety and satisfaction, and champions patient-centered care. Requires BSN (Master's preferred), RN licensure in CA, HLFS, NIHSS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS; 5+ years technical and supervisory experience preferred; night shift, full-time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS): Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills: Required
Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree: Preferred
- Five years' technical experience: Preferred
- Clinical specialty and/or nursing administration certification: Preferred
- CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AH policy: Preferred
