RN - Nurse Lead, ER, Night Shift, Full Time

Provides unit-based leadership in the ER, supervising and directing nursing and ancillary personnel to ensure cost-effective, high-quality patient care and safety. Conducts rounds, coordinates care plans with health team members and families, and drives improvements in patient experience and satisfaction. Partners with the Nurse Manager/Director to enhance customer satisfaction, compliance with Joint Commission standards, and unit performance improvement activities. Oversees staffing based on patient acuity, assigns personnel, manages schedules, and participates in hiring decisions. Ensures department safety and equipment readiness and collaborates on policy/procedure changes as appropriate.
