Job Summary
Unit-based nurse leadership providing supervision and coordination of nursing and ancillary staff under the Nurse Manager/Director. Leads and directs activities to ensure high-quality, cost-effective patient care, focuses on patient safety, and collaborates with physicians and health-team members to develop and revise care plans. Exercises independent judgment to optimize patient outcomes, quality of care, and patient experience; conducts rounds, solicits feedback, and drives initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and clinical operations. Requires bachelor's degree in nursing, active RN licensure, BLS, HLFS, NIHSS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus supervisory experience; preferred MS degree.

- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience (Required)
- RN licensure in the state of practice (Required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required)
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) certification (Required)
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification (Required)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (Required)
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (Required)
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills (Required)
