Job Summary
RN - Nurse Lead (ER) overseeing unit-based care during night shift; leads and directs nursing and ancillary staff, collaborates with Nurse Manager/Director, ensures high-quality, safe patient care, supports patient-family-centered care, and drives ongoing quality and safety initiatives in a 192-bed hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS): Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
- Education/Work Experience: Five years' technical experience: Preferred (note: not required)
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills: Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AH policy: Required
- Master's Degree: Preferred
