Job Summary
RN Nurse Lead for the ED leading unit-based nursing operations during Night Shift. Oversees and coordinates activities of nursing and ancillary staff, collaborates with the Nurse Manager/Director and physicians to ensure cost-effective, high-quality patient care, participates in staff conferences, enhances patient safety and satisfaction, conducts rounds, supports patient-family-centered care, drives quality improvement initiatives, ensures compliance with Joint Commission standards, and manages staffing based on patient acuity while maintaining budget targets. Requires a Bachelor's in nursing, RN license in CA, and at least supervisory experience; Master’s preferred. Additional certifications (BLS, PALS, ACLS) are required as applicable. Must be able to lead, coach, and discipline personnel as needed and participate in performance improvement activities.

- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing or equivalent combination of education/related experience: Required
- Supervisory experience: Required
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS: Required
- AHA-PALS or ARC-PALS: Required
- AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS: Required
- CPR certification or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
