Job Summary
RN - Hospice, Community-based Float Nurse in Washington, MO area. Provides skilled professional nursing care to terminally ill patients in patients' homes under physician orders and nursing standards. Autonomous, community-based nursing with compassionate end-of-life care; travel between patients' homes in Mercy Hospice service area; emphasis on home-based care, patient and family engagement, and utilization of nursing skills to support comfort and dignity. Requirements include an accredited nursing degree and a current Missouri RN license; BLS CPR certification; and valid driver’s license. Required Qualifications
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri
- BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association
