Evaluate, plan, implement, and document nursing care for an assigned patient population while assisting physicians during examinations and procedures. Perform various patient tests, administer medications within scope, and promote patient independence through care goal establishment and education on conditions, medications, and self-care. Work across diverse care areas including medical-surgical, behavioral health, progressive care, emergency, and critical care units. Maintain high focus and flexibility to stay competent in varying specialties while managing time efficiently across multiple teams.
