Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac rhythms and telemetry changes while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Assess patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and support patients recovering from cardiac-related illnesses and procedures. Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, lifestyle changes, and discharge instructions. Maintain accurate documentation and deliver safe, patient-centered care while prioritizing teamwork, communication, and clinical excellence. Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients on a fast-paced Cardiac Telemetry unit at Rowan Medical Center – Salisbury, NC.
