Job Summary
RN Supervisor in a part-time, day-shift non-medical home care role. Conducts client home visits, reviews client service plans, and performs caregiver/client satisfaction follow-up. Exercises field interaction with clients, caregivers, and referral sources; supports office staff. Responsibilities include client visits, document review, CRM documentation, and maintaining client and caregiver satisfaction with a focus on social services and customer service. Requires current NJ RN license; no hands-on patient care; in-person work in Vineland, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Current NJ RN License
- Nurturing ability (Caring, empathetic, compassionate)
- Articulate, with strong verbal and written skills and a pleasant phone manner
- Strong Computer Skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Organized and detail-oriented; good documentation skills
- No hands-on patient care
