Job Summary
RN Supervisor: Non-Medical Home Care; part-time role with day shift. Conduct home visits with clients/caregivers, review client/caregiver documents and service plans, and perform caregiver/client satisfaction follow-up. Support office staff and document visits using CRM. No hands-on patient care. Field interaction with clients, caregivers, and referral sources; mix of client home visits, service-plan reviews, and customer service. Located in Cherry Hill, NJ with in-person work; company vehicle provided for field visits.
