RN NOC Shift Full-Time

RN NOC shift at Sequoia Transitional Care in Porterville, CA. Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents, administer medications and treatments, conduct assessments, supervise CNAs and nursing staff on shift, ensure compliance with care plans and state/federal regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and incident reports. Promote a positive, safe, and caring environment while upholding facility policies. Qualifications: CA RN license in good standing; SNF/long-term care experience preferred; strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills; compassionate and resident-centered approach. This is a full-time, overnight (NOC) role with opportunities for growth and team development.
