Job Summary
Conduct home healthcare nursing services for children and adults in patient homes, utilizing electronic documentation tablets for care. Maintain an active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice and hold current CPR certification with a hands-on component. Perform duties during flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, including days, nights, and weekends, while ensuring compliance with all health-related requirements for Medicare and Medicaid patients. Reliable transportation is required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Must have reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
