Conduct patient care and monitor clinical needs during 3/4 12-hour night rotations at the Washington County Jail in Tennessee. Manage every other weekend shifts while maintaining safety and structure within the correctional healthcare environment. Practice at the top of your license in a team-focused setting that prioritizes respect, integrity, and compassion. The role includes a sign-on and retention bonus plus shift differential.
