Job Summary
Assess neonate at delivery and perform neonatal resuscitation according to AHA/AAP guidelines while conducting antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum assessments. Perform head-to-toe assessments on infants and adult females, identify fetal heart rate patterns, and treat appropriately. Provide nursing interventions consistent with the Plan of Care, manage central lines and foley catheters, and precept novice employees. Demonstrate flexibility to function under stressful situations. Full-time, 72 hours bi-weekly on night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nursing License verified by the LLR
- BLS required on hire
- Basic Fetal Monitoring and NRP within 3 months of hire date
- ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer date
- Full-time, 72 hrs bi-weekly (Night shifts)
