Job Summary
Oversee nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities during the night shift to ensure high standards of care. Mentor and support nursing staff while conducting shift hand-offs to maintain continuity and effective communication. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives by tracking performance indicators and reviewing incidents. Requires current and valid Ohio RN license, 3-5 years of nursing home experience, and CPR/BLS certification. Full-time shifts with daily pay available.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license in Ohio
- A minimum of 3-5 year experience working in a Nursing Home Facility
- CPR/BLS certification required
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
