Job Summary
Provide nursing care to elders in Hillcrest's Senior Care Communities during the overnight shift (6pm-6am) with a $1.50 differential, ensuring medication administration, care plan management, skin care and preventative measures, and coordination with physicians. Maintain quality nursing and clinical measures, monitor residents for changes, update care plans as conditions evolve, and deliver compassionate, resident-focused care within a team-based environment. Must hold an active RN license in Nebraska (or a compact state).
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska (or compact state)
- LPN license in Nebraska (or compact state)
- Experience in elder care or long-term care preferred
- Good standing and eligibility to practice nursing
