RN / Night Shift - Full Time & Part Time

Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and deliver education while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and families. Serve as charge nurse when needed, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within appropriate scopes of practice. Deliver preventative care, health maintenance, and treatment interventions across all phases of resident health. Requires an unencumbered RN license and a Bachelor's degree preferred. Full-time and part-time night shifts (6pm–6:30am) with rotating weekends and holidays. $20,000 sign-on bonus available.
