RN / Night Shift - Full Time & Part Time

Job Summary
Long Term Care RN providing individualized nursing care to residents in a not-for-profit senior care setting. Utilizes the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) in coordination with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team to plan and deliver care. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within scope. Practices within the standards of nursing practice and ethics while supporting quality care in a Christian environment. Night shift involves 12-hour nights (7pm–7am) with rotating weekends/holidays and generous shift differentials; possible benefits package including health/dental/vision, retirement plan, and time off. Licensure: unencumbered RN license in the applicable state; BSN preferred; multi-state licensure under NLC may apply.
Required Qualifications
- Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice
- Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred; BSN preferred
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA)
- Good standing with state Board of Nursing
- Ability to work 7pm-7am shifts and rotating weekends/holidays
- Excellent communication and caregiving skills
- Demonstrated nursing competencies and adherence to Nurse Practice Act
