Job Summary
Long Term Care RN accountable for applying the nursing process to provide individualized resident care, collaborating with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care. Responsible for coordination of care, resident assessment, education, and various nursing interventions; may serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed personnel while ensuring safe administration of care and compliance with applicable nurse practice standards and rules.
Required Qualifications
- RN license active in the state of practice
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA preferred)
- Current RN licensure (unencumbered) in applicable state
- Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligibility may apply
