RN / Night Shift - Full Time & Part Time

Job Summary
Provide individualized nursing care to residents in a night-shift, not-for-profit senior housing setting. Coordinate and collaborate with residents, families, and an inter-disciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care using the nursing process. May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel within their scope. Practice within the Nurse Practice Act and the facility’s standards; emphasize resident assessment, education, health maintenance, and treatment across all phases of care. RN license required with state board licensure; BSN preferred; eligible for licensure in the applicable state; sign-on bonus offered.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in state where practice occurs
- Graduate from nationally accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- BSN preferred
- Complies with Nurse Practice Act and related licensing requirements
- Multistate licensure if in an NLC state
- Nursing education requirements per facility standards
