Job Summary
Monitor regulatory compliance and accreditation standards while ensuring timely fulfillment of individual certifications and safety requirements. Collect clinical data, follow algorithms and protocols, and document care plans to support patient and family outcomes in a culturally inclusive environment. Facilitate structured education using teach-back methods and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement research-based practices and safety best practices. Participate in shared governance councils and peer reviews to maintain professional competence and promote ethical decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Associate/Diploma prepared RNs from ACEN, CCNE or NLN CNEA accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience
- Active Ohio RN License
- May be required to obtain other state licensure
- Foreign graduates must have license validated through TruMeritTM per Ohio Board of Nursing code for Foreign Graduates
